    This interactive presentation will discuss collaboration, teamwork, and connecting multiple parties to complete work successfully. Learn how to build practical communication skills necessary to enhance group engagement during unexpected conditions. Take away tips and strategies to confidently support engagement and connect as both healthcare professionals and team members.
     
    Curtis will use these main topics as a springboard for discussion:

    • Adjustments to Working – Reaction to the unknown
    • Learn as you Go – Who/what suffers the most?
    • Refinements in Work Strategy – How do we do better?
    • Resources to continue design under COVID Guidelines
    • Where do we go from here? What does the future look like moving forward?
     
    He will also share a few examples of larger organizations that have to interface with the general population. This will be a good time to learn from each other, so please come ready to engage!
